Foil stamping is the application of foil, often simulating gold or silver, but can also be many other colors as well. Warneke Paper Box offers foils that are available in matte, translucent, opaque or shiny/reflective. Foil is applied with a heated die which is made of brass or copper depending on the complexity. This die stamps the foil, making it adhere to the substrate. Foil can be applied with embossing to create a more striking three-dimensional image!
